Howdy, partners! Welcome to Wonder Junction! There’s no greater joy than to praise the name of the Lord all day long. But how can your kids do that if they don’t know who Jesus is or what He’s done for them?
Here at Wonder Junction, we marvel at Jesus and live for his glory. At our Vacation Bible School, here's what you can expect:
We have daily age-appropriate lessons that follow a theme: the life and works of Jesus Christ. Day 1 your child will learn the Wonder of Jesus' Birth. on day 2 your child will explore the Wonder of Jesus' Early Years and Childhood. Day 3 focuses on the Wonder of His Public Ministry and Works. Day 4 your child will learn of the Wonder of His Death and Resurrection. We will finish the week with learning the Wonder of His Return. Each day will focus on one part of Jesus' life, so by the end of the week your child will have a better understanding of who Jesus is, why He came, and that He loved us so much that He gave his life for us.
Each day will also include each class learning a song, playing games, and making crafts and eating snacks following the theme of Wonder Junction!
Our classes are arranged for children starting at age 2 up to grade 6. Parents typically drop off their children, but you are welcome to stay if you feel that your child would be more comfortable.
On Friday night we have a closing program where the children will sing the songs and recite the Bible verses they have learned throughout the week. All are welcome to stay for ice cream sundaes following the program!
